update_project
Change project-level settings: the project name and the canvas background color (the color behind every item - use this, not a large shape, to recolor the board). Provide at least one field. The web UI offers these background swatches: #F2F2F2, #E6E6E6, #B4B4B4, #808080, #404040, #000000 (greys, light to black), #E6FCFC, #E6F1FC, #EFE6F2, #FAE3ED, #FCF9DC, #E4F5E6 (pastel cyan, blue, purple, pink, yellow, green). Any other hex color works too, e.g. "#FFFFFF" for white. Colors are hex strings only - "#RRGGBB" (e.g. "#3B82F6"), or "#AARRGGBB" for alpha (alpha first). rgb()/rgba(), hsl() and named colors are rejected. get_project returns the current name and backgroundColor.
Tool name: update_project

Background swatches
The web app's background picker offers these colors, and any other hex color works too:
| Greys, light to black | Pastels |
|---|---|
#F2F2F2, #E6E6E6, #B4B4B4, #808080, #404040, #000000 | #E6FCFC cyan, #E6F1FC blue, #EFE6F2 purple, #FAE3ED pink, #FCF9DC yellow, #E4F5E6 green |
get_project returns the current name and backgroundColor.
Returns
{ "updated": true, "projectId": "a1b2c3d4-...", "applied": ["name", "backgroundColor"] }
applied lists the fields that were changed. The tool returns an error when no field is given, when name is empty or longer than 255 characters, when backgroundColor is not a hex color, and — with a message starting with NOT_FOUND: — when the project cannot be loaded.
Example
"Rename the board to 'Q4 Planning' and give it a light blue background."
{
"projectId": "a1b2c3d4-...",
"name": "Q4 Planning",
"backgroundColor": "#E6F1FC"
}
